Sayonara

Wow! I don't even remember starting this blog. It really brought back a lot of memories seeing the pictures that I posted to it. This was my last year in Niigata, Niitsu, Japan. The school with the graduating class of 15 was the last graduating class for Shinseki Junior High, they closed down that school. There were about 70 students in Shinseki Junior High when it closed. Shinseki Junior High was a very nice school, since it was so small it really seemed more like a family than a school. Everyone knew each other and tried to help each other out as much as possible. I have never seen so much caring and nuturing in a school before. It was truly a unique experience teaching there.
